How important do you feel a DJ's Role in the industry is?

The DJs role is extremely important in this industry. Especially, when it comes to the music. DJs are so heavily involved in so many aspects of the industry right now, that we provide the most avenues in getting music heard and promoted. You have DJs that do radio, mixshows, clubs and mixtapes and events. DJs are also being endorsed by major corporations and that's opening even more doors to allow for exposure and promotion.  The DJ is highly recognized and respected and is being given more opportunities everyday. We no longer just rock parties, but are now viewed more as a "brand".
